Heavy Fawn

Heavy Fawn is the DJ Nightpsy project of Hugo Rodeville from Marseille, France.

It was in 2009 that Hugo discovered the world of psytrance and free parties, where he fell directly in love with psytrance.

In 2014 he took part in his first Modem Festival (Croatia), which was a real musical revelation for him, and immediately afterwards joined the Cortical Systematic Crew association as DJ and organiser, with whom he organises most of the psychedelic open air events in south-east France.

In 2017, he met Tantra Music and started working with them as a DJ and organiser, organising the best darkpsy festivals in the south of France.

In 2020 he joined the French label Transubtil records, playing in Mexico and Costa Rica alongside some of the best artists.

Then, in 2024, he joined the Brazilian label Resina Records, from which he has drawn much of his inspiration for over 5 years.

His aim is nothing less than to create a DJ set that is neither forest, nor dark, nor twilight, nor high-tech, but just a perfect blend of pure psychedelia.
