Since 2019, the Hadra association is committed through the H+ culture label, initiated by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, with the aim of promoting accessibility for people with disabilities at outdoor festivals

OUR ACTIONS AT THE FESTIVAL

Chaque année, nous continuons de mettre en place et d’améliorer nos actions pour favoriser l’accueil des personnes en situation de handicap sur le festival :

Each year, we continue to implement and improve our actions to promote the reception of people with disabilities at the festival:

  • People who can prove that they have a disability card with a minimum disability rate of 80% or a 3rd category disability pension, as well as a valid festival ticket, can benefit from an invitation for their personnal assistant.

  • There will be two AMAAC-ACCESS’FESTIVAL stands: one in the car park to facilitate the arrival of the public and one on the festival site as well

  • A campsite reserved for people with reduced mobility accessible by car, close to the adapted sanitary facilities and the first aid post.

  • Reserved parking spaces near the ticket office and a drop-off area near the campsite.

  • Privileged access for people with reduced mobility to go from the car park to the festival site, with reserved parking spaces on the site. However, you must inform us in advance to obtain this pass: felix@hadra.net
  • Possibility of recharging electric wheelchairs at the aid station.

If you have special needs (storage of cold medicines or specific equipment, etc.), or particular difficulties (absence of an available personnal assistant, etc.) you can contact us so that we can anticipate and find a solution.

GET YOUR PERSONNAL ASSISTANT'S PASS

Applications for accompanying persons passes are now closed.

We’re sorry, but we can no longer process pass applications just before the festival opens.

If you decide to come anyway, you’ll need to buy a festival ticket for your accompanying person. You’ll still be able to access the handi areas and benefit from a handi-accueil depending on your needs (handi camping, medicine storage, etc).

You will find the handi-accueil team next to the ticket office when you arrive. You can contact felix@hadra.net before you arrive.

Thank you for your understanding.
