COME IN FIT
A good festival is when you arrive with as much energy as possible to exchange, to give!
DON'T FORGET YOUR SURVIVAL KIT
Headlamp, sleeping bag, water bottle, sun cream, kway, jumper, hat & caps, tent or hammock, etc. The rest is only superficial. Do not take anything of value with you. It can be both very hot during the day and very cold at night, so take clothes in advance!
THINK ABOUT GREEN TRANSPORT
The mobility of festival-goers is the biggest contributor to greenhouse gas emissions. Opt for our low-impact solutions (trains & shuttles, buses, bikes) or favour carpooling!
REMEMBER TO TAKE CASH
Not all stands are equipped with a CB machine. Remember to withdraw cash before arriving at Côsne d’Allier, as there is only one cash dispenser that quickly runs out.
TAKE CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT
Don’t leave anything behind! Don’t throw your cigarette butts or rubbish on the ground. Equip yourself with a pocket ashtray and rubbish bags at the beginning of the festival! Sorting racks are available throughout the festival, so make sure you put your rubbish in the right compartment. And when your waste bags are full, bring them back to the green roulette challenges.
GET OUT AND GET COVERED!
As of 2019, Hadra Trance Festival no longer sells plastic bottles at the bar! So bring your water bottle, your ecocups or your bottles (plastic – no glass accepted on site): we will serve you free water at the bar if you come with your container! Many drinking water points are also available on the site! You can also bring your lunch boxes: the food stands will serve you in them!
REST!
It is normal to like to party until the early hours of the morning, sometimes even beyond! But sometimes your body and mind need a break to enjoy the whole festival. So remember to take a break every now and then, go to the chill-out and recharge your batteries at the healing zone!
THINK ABOUT YOUR RETURN
You can put a note on the carpooling sign at the entrance of the campsite. You can also take the shuttle buses that will bring you back to Moulins and Monluçon train stations (schedule at the Hadra stands or on the ticket office). You can get a breathalyser before driving at the prevention stand. Leave well rested, you have until Monday noon to leave!
UNPLUG!
Coming to the Hadra Trance Festival is an opportunity to live a different experience, closer to others and to yourself. Take advantage of these 4 days to change your rhythm, to let go and to learn to live in the present moment. Disconnecting is essential to recharge your batteries and regain your energy.
BE CURIOUS
Look at the people around you, smile, talk, and above all: be yourself, without holding back, and live the experience to the full. Don’t hesitate to wander around the festival to discover many surprises, come and listen to lectures, take part in a workshop, contemplate the art gallery, etc.
LET'S BE CARING TOGETHER
Respect, benevolence, tolerance and openness are the watchwords of a good festival! You are an actor in what happens there: take care of others and yourself. If you ever witness an unusual event, violent, disturbing, discriminatory, sexist gestures, etc., go and warn the nearest staff, Team Inaya, security agents or go to the prevention centre.
