THURSDAY, AUGUST 22
Ritual of spreading INFINITE LOVE inspired by Tibetan tradition.
Samolwein – Association Share and Care
I offer you an introduction to hypnosis. We will seek resources, well-being, and energy by connecting to your resource place and establishing a base camp to explore different worlds. With a neo-shamanic coloring, we will meet the world below, the middle, and the above.
The middle world is that of humans and nature, we will connect to the 4 elements to soak up their energies. Then we will discover the world below, that of animals, and discover the animal that will give us the energy we need at the moment. Then we will explore the world above, that of spiritual energies and light guides, to meet yours and ask it a question. We will return to the base camp to anchor the discovered resources before coming back to the heart of Hadra filled with these new energies.

I use yoga in a Jungian way, as a path to our instincts, always with music (trance) and with an analytical and therapeutic dimension.
At a festival, what I want is to bring a time of well-being, breaths, and fluidity in the body to make the most of this moment and let yourself be carried away by the vibes and the music. We sometimes arrive with our tensions and the weight of work and daily life, I want to help relieve all that! In sex therapy and yoga therapy, it’s the same thing, I offer a space to deposit things too heavy to carry and open to gentler unconscious spaces, analyzing and working together on the blockages to lift to evolve.

Movements based on grounding, breathing, and awareness.
Qi Gong: pronounced tchi kong, is an energetic discipline from China. These are sequences of movements and breaths that work on breath, balance, grounding, vitality, strength. These exercises are comparable to yoga because they also act on meridians and subtle breath: Qi (tchi), but the postures are easy to adopt and do not require particular conditions to practice: no need to be fasting, we do them standing, fully dressed, and in sneakers or barefoot!

Wutao, awakening the soul of the body Created in 2000, in France, Wutao® is a global body art that unfolds in 12 basic movements, standing, sitting, and on the ground, accessible to everyone.
Wutao® is an art of being in motion that creates a new global body culture. Contemporary creation born in France in 2000, and in full expansion, its practice is in line with our current needs to return to the essential, reconnect with the intelligence of the body, and better inhabit it. It unfolds in 12 basic movements, standing, sitting, on the ground. It allows each person, in their uniqueness, to reclaim their original energy. It opens the necessary paths within each of us to let this energy unfold again. Practicing Wutao is …
• Undulating and feeling again the primordial movement, that of the beings in becoming that we already were in our mothers’ wombs. From the pelvis, the wave grows along the spine. It radiates like a wave throughout the body.
• Inhaling-exhaling and restoring the first pulse, finding the rhythm and space of vital breath.
• Gently smoothing out the folds imprinted in our body and emotions by our life stories, our will, our ego. Moving away from domination and exploitation of our bodies. Harmonizing in movement.
• Opening to the simple joy of being alive, of breathing. Listening to one’s corporality. Reconnecting with the essential. Grounding.
• Unfolding this new perception in all our gestures, in all moments of our life. Experiencing this new freedom everywhere.
Practicing Wutao brings our attention back to ourselves, hearing our singular music again. Little by little… Movement becomes dance. Gesture becomes feeling. Our entire corporality harmonizes with our sensations, our heart, and our mind. The soul of the body awakens. Beauty is in

A workshop for everyone, a discovery of the basics of acroyoga to stretch, fly, and strengthen in play and touch!
What is acroyoga? It is a practice that combines acrobatics and yoga. It also integrates Thai massage, dance, and anything you want to include. There are often two types of acroyoga: Lunar, where the flyer is relaxed. The base (person on the ground) can be static or dynamic, playing with supports and gravity to stretch and invite the flyer to let go. And Solar acroyoga, where the flyer is dynamic. You build more strength and core stability in play or sequences with constant exchange between base and flyer.

Universal Heart Dance is a sacred trance-dance ceremony supported by an original electro-acoustic musical composition.
Through it, we honor the natural elements and living beings of nature, in a multidimensional journey.
It’s a journey through different worlds, from earth to cosmos, in a unified state of consciousness where body, soul, and spirit, joy, movement, and harmony become one.
At the beginning, an energetic preparation (breathing, grounding, activations…) is carried out to establish a powerful, supportive, and conscious energy among the participants.
We, Audrey & Emanuele, share this experience with the participants and guide the ceremony.
At the end of the ceremony, we facilitate the integration of energies with a gentle “rebirth”.
The intention of this ceremony is to realign with the Universal Heartbeat and embody our most beautiful reality!

Ecstatic Dance is a practice born in the 2000s in Hawaii and has spread worldwide. It’s not a dance workshop! It’s a community gathering where everyone is free to move and dance as they wish with the music of an Ecstatic artist as the only guide. The invited artists vary at each gathering. They are artists who carry and vibrate this movement in their daily lives, worldwide, and for years.
Each gathering is unique, each artist brings their musical guidance; this is called the “musical wave”. The musical genres, rhythms, and styles vary: dancers must let themselves be surprised by the transition from one rhythm to another. The more varied the styles, the more possibilities and opportunities the dancer will have to explore their movements, their way of moving. This expands the field of possibilities. In Ecstatic, the goal for dancers is not to like or dislike a particular music but to learn to move to any musical style and see what the music does to them, what it brings out in their movements.
The music and the community experience offered by an Ecstatic gathering take each participant on a journey that allows letting go, overcoming the fear of being watched, diving into deep bodily sensations. The experience is often seen as transcendent because it favors the transition from ordinary consciousness to an amplified state of consciousness where the mind becomes small to make room for greater sensitivity, a larger sensory field, and a broader perception field. Body art consciousness is a practice created by Leslie Charrier that combines 5 rhythm dance, contact improvisation dance, free dance, and trance dance, allowing expressiveness of body consciousness and creativity.
Tantramoov DUO is a workshop I created over the years after exploring tantra and dance for many years. Our relationship with tantra is often linked to sex and intimacy. Personally, I would like to invite people to start with the roots of ancient tantra. And before entering these areas, we need to create a space where everyone feels safe.
We start with eye contact and vulnerable sharing, then slowly move towards a vulnerable way of opening up with intuitive dance. When we commit to completing our body movements, we can open the heart’s doors wide: which holds all the wealth of our joy of experiencing this unique experience. This is where the magic happens! At the heart of your heart, dare to join us. Moving is loving yourself.

Celtic ceremony to celebrate, honor, and thank this earth that has hosted us for this festival, the Earth that has always provided us with food, shelter, clothing, and medicine. This ceremony has been orally transmitted by our ancestors, who did not fail to express their gratitude to Mother Earth in gatherings where precise drawings favored the harmony of chants and hearts. Let’s connect to these ancient wisdoms to live within us this unity and joy in gratitude!
