Practical info

Frequently asked questions

Here you’ll find all the practical information you need to organise your stay and make the most of the Hadra Trance Festival.

Access & home

General information about the opening of the festival and how to welcome the festival-goers.

Info 2025 soon.

Yes, but there are no day passes.
All passes are valid until the end of the festival.
Given the configuration of the site (camping on the festival site) and the atmosphere we want to give to the event, apart from occasional checks by security guards, there are no systematic checks on access to the stages. It is therefore impossible for us to know who is leaving as agreed and who will be staying longer than expected.

As a result, we are not offering passes valid only for the night of Thursday to Friday or Friday to Saturday.

Yes, each festival-goer will be given an identification wristband on arrival. This will allow them to move freely between the festival and the outside area throughout the event.

Wearing a wristband is compulsory inside the festival. Anyone not wearing a wristband or wearing a wristband that has been damaged, cut or altered in any way will be escorted back to the festival entrance by security.
The entrance fee in force at the time will be charged for re-entry.

If, despite its sturdiness, your wristband is accidentally damaged, go to the ticket office as soon as possible and of your own accord, where it will be replaced if necessary.

Wristbands are personal and may under no circumstances be lent, given or resold to a third party.

Yes.
You will find all the information you need about welcoming people with handicap as well as the invitation request form for any accompanying person on this page : Accessibility

For more information, please contact Lucie :

Yes, the festival is open to all minors aged 0 to 18, but, in agreement with the authorities, only when accompanied by a parent or guardian and under their responsibility.
The festival is free for children under the age of 13. More information in our general terms and conditions.

Unfortunately not. The Festival site, located on the banks of the ‘Plan d’eau de Vieure’, is strictly forbidden to pets.

As this is a guarantee of good relations with our hosts (prefecture, town hall, campsites, owners who make their land available), we will do our utmost to ensure that this rule, which applies to all of us, the public, service providers, volunteers and organisers, is respected. Of course, many of our 4 (or sometimes 3) legged companions are adorable, well-trained and clean up after themselves. But we can’t work on a case-by-case basis. So for safety and health reasons, and also because the festival is located on farmland, it is not possible to welcome dogs, cats and ostriches on the festival site.

As is the case every year, teams will have to carry out the tricky task of not letting you back onto the site if you come with your companion. No special cases will be accepted, and the same goes for the organisers and volunteers.

If you can’t find a friend or family for your four-legged friend, here’s a list of some of the best places to start pensions near the festival here.

All persons without exception accompanied by their pets (including volunteers and stand owners) will be asked to leave the festival site. No refunds will be given.

No, you must first go to the box office to validate your pre-sale and obtain your wristband (which allows you to enter and leave the festival freely throughout its duration).

Anyone without a wristband will be refused entry to the festival and asked to go to the box office.

Journey time from Moulins station to Hadra Trance Festival is approximately 45 minutes.

Journey time from Montluçon station to the Hadra Trance Festival is approximately 60 minutes.

However, delays can happen! We therefore advise you to be prepared for your return journey, and to plan to leave 1h30 before the departure of your train.

Buying a Pass on another platform, or by exchanging private messages on social networks, will not guarantee you access to the festival.

2-day passes will only be available if we are not sold out.

Due to the increase in the number of festival-goers, we have reopened the sale of 2-day passes. They will give access to the festival from Saturday 24 August at 4pm, you will not be able to access the festival before then.

If you have any problems with your Pass, please contact tickets@hadra.net and explain the problem as precisely as possible (specifying the order number if possible). We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

As the festival is sold out, there will be no on-site sales.
Check out our official ticket exchange to see if any Passes have been resold !

No, E-Tickets are not personal.

You can offer your pass to the person of your choice. However, only the first person to present an e-ticket at the festival entrance will be considered its rightful owner and will be allowed to attend the event.

WARNING ! Do not buy your pre-sale ticket from a stranger: you will have no guarantee of validity and access to the event could be refused. Hadra Festival will not be held responsible for the purchase of fraudulent tickets.
Keep your e-ticket in a safe place.

No, pre-sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser and except in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, etc.).
For any other questions about your pre-sale, please contact tickets@hadra.net

You will find all the terms and conditions of sale on the Ticketing page. We recommend that you read them carefully.
Ordering your presale for Hadra Trance Festival implies your full acceptance of these conditions.

If you’ve bought a 3-day pass (which gives you access to the festival from Friday 23 August at 4pm), but you’re unable to attend all 4 days of the festival, you can still come on Thursday 22 August. You’ll simply have to pay the difference between the 4-day rate and the 3-day pre-sale rate at the festival !

Camping & Parking

Camping is included in the festival entrance fee. Parking is free in the designated areas.

During the festival, campervans, lorries and vans can park in the dedicated car park.

Camping and all the necessary facilities are included in the price of the pass (toilets and showers), so there’s no extra charge! Parking is free in the designated areas. The campsite is within the festival grounds, a 5-minute walk from the stages.

Yes, during the festival, campervans, lorries and vans will be able to park in a special car park dedicated to them.

The car parks are located a few hundred metres from the festival entrance, next to the ticket office. They will be divided into two areas: the first for cars, the second for vehicles equipped for camping.

The car parks are only accessible to festival-goers wearing a wristband. Glass bottles are only allowed in the car park.

We regret to inform you once again, as has been the case since the beginning of the Hadra festival in 2005, that we will not be accepting our animal friends (neither on site nor in the car parks).

For obvious safety reasons, tents are not allowed on the car parks in the middle of vehicles.

Yes, as has always been the case at Hadra, and to ensure that everyone can enjoy the festival whatever their budget, festival-goers can bring any food and drink they like (including alcoholic beverages).
As long as the quantities are suitable for personal use (resale is prohibited) and the container is NOT glass.

Several drinking water points are available on site.

Of course, there are several bars offering cold drinks.
And there are plenty of stalls offering a variety of food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, influenced by culinary traditions from all over the world, as well as hot drinks.

Yes, but there are only a few in the campsite toilets and they are very popular, so don’t hesitate to bring external batteries.

Because of the heatwaves and the risk of fires, which are on the increase every year during the festival period, we are obliged to ban the use of stoves on the festival site, as well as on the campsites and car parks.

However, we have set up 2 cooking areas (grey pictograms on the map).
They are supervised and open every day from 10am to 11pm.
We ask you to use your stoves in these areas.

Depending on where you are parked in the car parks, it’s between 5 and 10 minutes’ walk at the most !

Les tipis Bell Tente sont de retour pour vous proposer des cocons immensément confortables !

Que vous soyez 2, 4, 6 ou 8, réserver un tipi pour vous ressourcer avec vos proches et profiter pleinement des 4 jours de festival !

To gain access, you need to fill in a form (with e-mail validation from the organiser in return), then on arrival at the site go to the ticket office where you will be given a specific wristband. You will be told where to find the Inaya campsite, where a security officer will be present to check your wristband. This wristband can only be used with a Hadra Trance Festival 2024 ticket valid at the ticket office. This campsite is only accessible to people who have filled in the form. It will not be possible to bring in your family/friends.

We will stick to the name you give us on the form. We will not question your request to register at the campsite and we will not pretend to be your gender at the ticket office, nor at the entrance to the Inaya zone and refuge (safe zone). We would like to remind you that the festival, like the Inaya campsite, even though it is a mixed-gender zone, does not guarantee total security against all forms of violence. Nevertheless, we condemn all acts, words and behaviour of a violent or discriminatory nature, or which undermine the moral or physical integrity of individuals. If you witness or are the victim of such behaviour, please contact our staff, Inaya volunteers (wearing Inaya t-shirts) or the Inaya Refuge (in the village).

Places at the Inaya campsite are limited. We cannot guarantee that there will be any places left. For the good management of this space, this form must be filled in by all the people accompanying you, respecting the chosen mix (people who consider themselves to be women and gender minorities). If you have any needs or questions during the festival, you can go to the Refuge Inaya where you will find all the information you need.

You can stay on the festival site until 12 noon on Monday 26 August.

Car park P1 (next to the festival entrance) is only accessible to lorries and heavy goods vehicles.

Car park P2 (located just behind car park P1) is reserved for people sleeping in their vehicles.

The other car parks are for light vehicles where people do not sleep in them.
