Solidarity
A culture that is accessible to all and for all has been Hadra’s mission since its creation.

Through the Hadra Trance Festival, the association seeks to create a space of freedom, exchange, and sharing. We stand against discrimination and harassment, ensuring the festival remains accessible to everyone in an atmosphere of kindness, inclusivity, and collective well-being.
ACCESSIBILITY
Each year, we continue to expand and improve accessibility to ensure that festivalgoers with disabilities feel welcomed and supported:
- Free accessibility pass for companions: If you require assistance due to a permanent or temporary disability, you can receive a free invitation for a companion. You will need to present a valid disability card or medical certificate and a valid festival ticket.
- Two dedicated reception stands: One at the parking area to assist with arrivals and another at the entrance of the PSH camping for on-site support.
- Our key accessibility partner: AMAAC-ACCESS FESTIVAL, a trusted organization specializing in event accessibility.
- PSH Camping: Centrally located near stages, food areas, the village, restrooms, and medical stations. Accessible by car, it includes electric outlets, a kettle, and other adapted features.
- Reserved parking spots & drop-off zones: Spaces are available near the festival entrance and camping areas for easy access (advanced request required).
- On-site mobility assistance: A dedicated shuttle service to help individuals with reduced mobility move between the parking area and festival grounds.
- Charging stations for electric wheelchairs and medical devices.
- Sign language interpreters (LSF) available at key locations (bars, ticket offices, workshops, and conferences).
- Sensitization training for security and staff on disability inclusion.
- Improved infrastructure: Adjusted bar counters, dedicated viewing platforms, and mobility-friendly pathways.
- LSF interpretation for conferences & workshops.
- Harm reduction & prevention strategies, adapted for people with disabilities, including safe spaces and intervention teams.
- Additional tailored solutions based on individual needs (safe medication storage, tipi rentals, assistance requests).
If you require specific accommodations, please complete the accessibility form in advance.
If you require assistance due to a disability, you can receive a free companion pass for your assistant. However, the person requiring assistance must still purchase a festival pass.
- All applications must be submitted by August 12, 2025, via the accessibility form on our website.
- The invitation is non-transferable and registered under the name of the person with a disability. If your companion changes, please notify us.
- Both the festivalgoer and their companion must arrive together with their festival pass and valid ID to enter.
- If one person arrives before the other, they must wait at the entrance.

SHARING & INCLUSIVITY
We believe in making cultural experiences accessible to all, including those facing social exclusion.
In partnership with Culture du Cœur Auvergne, we offer free festival invitations to individuals experiencing hardship, helping them access art, music, and community.
The Recyclery is a space for sustainable reuse and community exchange, offering:
A colorful thrift store with affordable, second-hand clothing and unique items.
A freecycling zone, where festivalgoers can donate and swap objects.
Jabr’asso, an eco-social collective promoting circular economy, resource sharing, and solidarity.
To reduce food waste and support those in need, we provide a food donation area, where festivalgoers can leave:
Canned goods, dry foods, and non-perishable items.
All donations go to the Moulins Food Bank, which redistributes them to charities supporting food-insecure communities.
In 2019, we collected 670 kg of food!
This initiative combats waste, supports social inclusion, and helps fight hunger by providing tangible assistance.
Located near the AREMACS stand, close to the camping area for easy access.
At the end of the festival, donate your unused food—it could make a real difference!
Inaya is our new initiative dedicated to care and inclusivity in festival settings.
Hadra Trance Festival actively involves festivalgoers, staff, service providers, and volunteers in a culture of inclusivity, ensuring everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.
